I have created quite a simple postcard style design for today using Adobe Illustrator.
 
The song title if you have not already guessed represents 'Hello' by the legendary Lionel Richie!
 
Such a classic song and one of those music videos you always remember. It tells the story of a teacher falling in love with a blind student. You don't get music videos like this anymore!
 
The song was released in 1984 and reached number one on three billboard music charts and in the UK. You can watch the video here on YouTube. If you've not seen it, it's a must!
 
My favourite Lionel Richie song is probably 'All Night Long', it feels so summery (check out Lionel dancing in the video). Let the music play on, play on, play on....

    Awesome postcard!

    I think "All Night Long" is my fave, also I think he wrote "We are the World," which is beautiful.

    Oh I loved Lionel Richie and many of his songs remind me of happier times with my children's father. Sometimes I don't even want to hear them, because it totally takes me back to a time and place that is over and done with.

    They don't make them like Lionel Richie anymore either! :-)

      That's the problem with songs, they bring back good and bad memories. There are certain songs I can't listen to. They definitely don't make them like Lionel anymore x

    love the postcard, it is different from your watercolour style but it works because it seems so simple but awesome at the same time.

    I am learning about adobe illustrator...if I would bother to open my textbook :D

      Thanks poke, I'm trying new styles out so that I have a mix of design and illustration work...hoping it gets me a job! Adobe illustrator is a tough one, it needs a lot of patience x
